John Ignacio: The industry is continually evolving. We're now more reliant on digital tools, with less paperwork. Many financial processes have become automated. This is a significant shift from the past, and it's made our work more efficient.

John Ignacio: Accuracy in processing payroll is of utmost importance. We need a company that can handle union dues and payments accurately. Additionally, personal service is crucial; I prefer working with companies that offer a more personal touch.

John Ignacio: Adaptability is key. Production accountants often need to work with individuals with different personalities. The ability to navigate these various personalities is crucial. Networking is also vital, as it helps build relationships and expand opportunities in the industry.
Q8: How do you deal with challenging personalities in your line of work?
John Ignacio: When working with difficult individuals, I focus on the end goal. I remind myself that every project has a completion date. If I find someone challenging to work with, I aim to get through the project professionally. Afterward, I may choose not to work with them in the future.

John Ignacio: My advice is to work hard and be a continuous learner. You won't know everything from the start, so be resourceful and know where to find the information you need. Networking is also crucial; it opens doors and helps you build a reputation in the industry.
